This week's is Alias's 100th episode. Will and Anna appear and it is great to see them.

Several surprises:
- Syd and Spy-Daddy know that Vaughn is alive (a surprise to me). They faked his death so he can be safe.
- Prophet 5 implanted a bomb into Will's head (not a surprise as I read the spoiler), but was deactivated by Syd and Marshall.
- Ana (who was Francie's clone) will now become Syd's double. Prophet 5 obtained Syd's DNA. It is likely now that Ana will be the Chosen One in Rambaldi's page 47. She and the Passenger (Nadia) will fight to the end. Nadia likely will not survive...There have been promo pics where Syd and Vaughn are walking at the beach with Dixon, and Irina stated that only one of her daughters will survive.
- Prophet 5 has created a cure for Nadia's sickness.

I have just sold another T-shirt from my Uchiha Fan shop. It is the black t-shirt seen here:

Previously, I have bought the Raglan Hoodie - direct heating and the quality of the Uchiha symbol print is very good. Besides the Hoodie, I wanted the Black T-Shirt and the Hooded Sweatshirt. Too bad they don't have the sweatshirt my size. Later, I may buy the Black T-Shirt.

There will be no Naruto this week, nor the next. I have been waiting since yesterday, but still no Naruto. Starting tomorrow, it is Japan's week long Golden Week. There will no Shonen Jump; thus, no Naruto. I have been looking forward to chapter 305....

Anyways, I envy the Japanese people having this much holiday. I have always wanted to go to Japan and live there for a while. It is too bad that they do not allow immigration.

I have watched the two hours of Alias last Wednesday and I am not surprised that spy-mommy is still evil. It is not surprising that MV is not dead...He has survived a lot of ordeals (like that giant red ball of water that contains the viruses). He cannot die so easily!!

What is surprsing is where Vaughn is now...He is with the monks recovering...I can remember that Sloane is with the monks as well when he is searching stuff about Rambaldi. How did he get there?!

In the promo photos in alias-media, it shows that Vaughn and Dixon are at a mission. So, the APO will know that he is alive eventually.

Just can't wait for next Wednesday, even though Lost is just a recap show.

Naruto Chapter 304

(I have read it on Thursday morning, but I am too busy to update it).

Summary:

Kabuto found Team Yamato outside the cave. He released Sai and commented that he still trust him as he is captured. Last chapter's end-of-chapter-preview talked about betrayal. The betrayal is Sai betraying Oro and Kabuto. Sai helped Team Yamato to capture Kabuto. Sai is converted to the "Church of Naruto" after Naruto's moving speech. But, it seems really weird that Sai converted so fast. It took Gaara and Neji quite a while to be converted.

When they were fighting Kabuto and tried to capture him, Naruto used one of his clones to create the Resengan (using one hand) and use the clone to attack Kabuto. Naruto's attack is different and he appears to be smarter now. Naruto always attack without thinking and always gets injured...Now he uses his shadow clones to fight instead.

The team split up (Yamato/Sakura, Naruto/Sai) and go back into the cave to find Sasuke. Yamato said that if they are ever in trouble, just mold their chakara and the tracking seed will be activated.

Naruto is still recovering from his 4-th tailed Kyubi form and is not 100%. While Naruto and Sai are resting, Sai remembers his dream. He finishes the missing middle page of his picture book. It shows that he and his brother are holding hands in the end, and Sai is smiling in the picture...a real smile...(his brother look so much like Mizuki -- the same type of hair style and that giant shiruken on his back. It may not be Mizuki as he is never a Jounin or in ANBU. He is the same rank as Iruka).

Oro found them resting there and wonders aloud whether Sai is on Oro's side or Team Yamato's side.

Naruto Chapter 303

Summary:

There is not much going on in this chapter. We know more about Sai's secret mission. Sai is to initiate the takeover conspiracy and take on the additional duty of being a spy. He will report intelligence regarding Orochimaru back to Danzou.

Kabuto went to Sai's room and found that Sai is not there. Yamato bounded Sai and they are outside of the cave.

This chapter talks about 'bonds'. Sai said that he is Danzou's arms and legs. He does not exist as a person and has no emotion. Sai is not even his real name. Sakura reminded him that he has emotions. That is the reason why he kept the picture book of Sai and his brother. That bond that he shared with his older brother was important to him. Yamato thought that Root ANBU made Sai to kill his own brother to rid of his emotions, much like the training of the Shinobi of the Mist (Zabuza). But Sai said that he did not kill his brother who is not related by blood. His brother died of sickness. Then, Sai talks about Sasuke, telling Naruto that Sasuke did not regard him as a brother. He asks Naruto why risk everything to save Sasuke.

Naruto's little speech quoted from mangahelper translations by centimetre:

In the past, I hated Sasuke. But... I came to find that I really enjoyed being together with him. It was a lot of fun... He...He was the one person who truly acknowledged me, accepted me - more than anyone else....And because, Sasuke is my friend...And I had finally come to share an important bond with him...

Sai tells Naruto that he will not be able to take on Orochimaru. Naruto replied with a moving and awesome speech (the old Naruto is back!!! this is my favorite Naruto quote):

Even if my arms were ripped off, I'd kick him to death.
If my feet were ripped off, I'd bite him to death.
If my neck were ripped out, I'd stare him to death.
If my eyes were ripped out, I'd curse him to death.
So, I don't care if I'm ripped to shreds- I'm still going to take Sasuke back from Orochimaru ('ttebayo)!


Looks like that Sai, like Neji and Gaara, will be converted by Naruto.

Summary:

This is a flashback episode for Bernard and Rose. Rose told Bernard that she has the last stage of cancer and will only have 1 year to live when he asked her to marry her. On their honeymoon, they went to Australia. Bernard went there to find a healer to try to heal Rose. The healer told Rose that he is unable to heal her. Rose asked the healer to tell Bernard that he has healed her. (This is her secret and she did not tell Bernard until this episode (on the island))....

Bernard wants to make a SOS sign so they can be rescued; so he and Rose can go back to their life before the island. He has asked many people to help him to make the sign (including Neil Frogurt -- as stated in the podcast that he will appear in this episode). Rose doesn't want Bernard to build the sign. In the end, only Jin was there to help. But, Jin left eventually due to Bernard's bossiness...Rose finally told Bernard why she does not seem to want to leave the island. She said that the island healed her and she does not feel sick anymore.

Some points to note in this episode:

- When Locke asks fake-HenryGale again (with Ana-Lucia listening in) whether he pushed the button and entered the number, the camera zooms in fake-HenryGale at the other side of the door and you can see him smiling evilly. DID HE or DID HE NOT PUSHED THE BUTTON!!!! This is driving me crazy!!!!

- Locke and Rose have a little chat on the beach. Locke complained that his leg cannot be healed at least 4 weeks. Rose told Locke that he and she know that his leg will heal much faster than 4 weeks. Locke is shocked, but I think he remembers....Later in the episode, you will see Rose's flashback at the airport before the flight. One of her pill bottle dropped and Locke in his wheelchair came by and helped her to pick it up. She is the only person who saw Locke in his wheelchair. Both Locke and Rose have a lot in common. They do not seem to want to leave the island and think that the island healed them.

- Vincent the dog came back and Sawyer fed him.

- Eko and Charlie are building a church.

- Locke tried to redraw the map, but got very frustrated and questioning his faith. (That was when he went to ask fake-HenryGale about the button again). After his talk with Rose at the beach, he seems to be able to redraw the map with ease (you can see him smiling). You can say that he has regained his faith.

- Kate told Jack about the Staff (the medical hatch). She told him about the costumes and fake beard that she found. Jack and Kate went to the line to find the Others and do a trade (fake-HenryGale for Walt). Fake-HenryGale told Jack that they will not let Walt go...Instead of the Others and Walt, they found Michael in the end. Michael looked beaten up.

Next week's lost is a re-run. Then on April 26, it will be a recap episode.

Episode 20 preview: Jack and Kate bring Michael back to the camp. He told them about "The Others" and said that they are not armed. The Losties can take them out easily and Michael stressed that he wants to get Walt back. Jack and Kate went to Sawyer to give them all the guns.

Ana-Lucia attempts to get the prisoner to confess, and they have a conflict. There is a shot were fake-HenryGale has his hands on Ana-Lucia's neck. Fake-HenryGale is really evil.

My guess is that there are two groups of the 'Others'. One group is with Mr. Friendly who are armed and dangerous, and the other group is not armed which Michael found. Fake-HenryGale is with Mr. Friendly since he knows so much about him/them.

Naruto Chapter 302

The scanlation is a bit late this week and I did not read the manga and translation until Friday afternoon. There is little action in this chapter.

Summary:

Kabuto show Sai to his room and locked him in from the outside, before he left to make the bingo book for Orochimaru. Little did he know that he has left the list of ANBU members in Sai's room. In his room, Sai brought out a scroll and summoned a book. (what is with this guy and his books!!!). You can see that his expression is very shocked when he read the book. Maybe the book is related to the next step in his secret mission.

Team Yamato successfully infiltrated Oro's hideout and reached Sai's room. They came in via underground using Yamato's jutsus. Sakura gave Sai's picture book back. They asked why Sai betrayed them. Sai answered that Danzou wishes to join forces with Oro to destroy Konoha once more (part 2). Kabuto realizes that he left the ANBU list at Sai's room and went back to get it.

Next chapter will talk about betrayal...will Kabuto rat out team Yamato's infiltration to Oro? Will Naruto and Sakura finally see Sasuke? Will we see Sasuke in full form instead of his shadow? =p

Another great episode...I watched it on CTV two hrs earlier than ABC...

This episode is about Hurley and his imaginary friend Dave which Hurley believes to be real. There are at least two major things in this episode:

1. Hurley has met Libby before...because she is a psyc ward patient at the same hospital as Hurley as well...it is revealed at the very end.

2. Like I always thought, Henry Gale did not push the button in time in the last episode Lockdown...He revealed to Locke that he did not push the button. After the count down to 0 and the flipping of the hieroglyphics, there is a loud magnetic, rumbling noise. Then, it wind-up. The clock flips back to 108 minutes. Nothing happens if you do not push the button. I suppose this trigger the food ration drop as well. Station 3 is just a large Skinner's Box. It may be that Henry is lying, but no one really knows until the season finale...

In the preview for the next episode, you can see that Locke is trying to draw the map from his memory... I think he only remembers the centre of the map with the ? ...

Naruto Chapter 301

Summary:

Not much went on in this chapter. Sasuke is still in the shadows; however, you can see his face (but not very clear). Sai is trying to provoke Sasuke by telling him that Naruto is still looking for him during these 3 years and regard Sasuke as his brother. Like I said before, Sasuke did not achieve MS. He only has the 3rd level Sharingan -- the level before the MS. Sai is frightened by the genjutsu Sasuke's sharingan created...it looks like the art that Sai drew in his picture book. Oro said that Sasuke is more trouble than him. The package that Sai gave to Oro is a list of ANBU members that work directly under Tsunade (i.e. the ANBU that are loyal to the fifth and the 3rd). You can see Yamato's bio in the list. Oro asks Kabuto to create a bingo book for these ANBU members. Later, Sasuke and Oro went to train (Sasuke asks Oro to teach him a new jutsu).

Team Yamato reaches Oro's hideout, Yamato ask Naruto and Sakura to swallow the seed that allows Yamato to track them in case they got lost or taken away by Oro.

Next chapter, may be Naruto and Sakura will get to see Sasuke...
